Warmth · Compassion · Insight

At times life can feel quite unpredictable and confusing. We might find ourselves feeling stuck, lonely, and hurt. Beginning therapy is an act of bravery, and I am so glad to see you here.

As humans, we have an inherent need to feel connected to others and the environment around us to find joy, meaning and fulfilment. We deserve a safe place to talk with someone who will not judge or shame us but instead walk alongside and help us make sense of things.

We are all beautifully unique, and the focus will always be on your wants and needs. We can co-create an environment that is best suited to you by fostering a space for a relationship built on trust, compassion, and hope, a place where you can feel accepted and challenged to grow in new and meaningful ways.

I consider it a privilege to support individuals to find ways to heal, grow, and develop self-compassion by exploring the stories of their lives in a way that honours and respects the many parts of themselves. I can support you in managing anxious thoughts, hard-to-express feelings and depression, navigate loss and bereavement, past and/or present trauma, relationship difficulties and breakdown, suicidal thoughts and self-harm, addictions, and feelings of disconnection.
