Courage · Honesty · Acceptance

It can be challenging to admit that we need the support of a therapist but deciding to have therapy is one of the most transformational, fulfilling and self-caring decisions we can make for ourselves.

When my own therapist offered me the warning ‘therapy can change your life’ I was sceptical but I came to learn that he was right.

As a person-centred practitioner I offer you the opportunity to explore your concerns in a safe, confidential and nurturing environment, where we will build a respectful, trusting and honest working relationship. I will be alongside you with acceptance and warmth as you process and understand your difficult feelings. We will work towards increasing your resilience and autonomy which will enable you to make the positive changes necessary to realise your personal potential.

I completed my internship at Lifetime Therapy and after qualifying I became a Lifetime therapist. I am a member of the BACP and I am committed to working within their ethical framework, principles and standards of professional conduct.
